This July 1 was Canada’s 142nd Happy Birthday. Specially wishing to those Americans who put Canadian Flags on their backpack while traveling abroad. Anything for safety. :)

Some interesting facts about Canada:

1. When you send a mail to Santa Clause, it comes to Canada. The postal code for the North Pole is HOHOHO. In the month of December, every mail sent to him gets answered by the Canada Post employees – in 17 languages, including braille.

2. The average life expectancy for a Canadian is 8th highest in the world, at 81.16 years. The United States ranks 46th, at 78.14 years.

3. Toronto is not the Capital of Canada, Ottawa is. (If I just had a penny for every time I heard the myth).

    Happy Birthday Canada!! Great photo!! Well you guys live for only a little over 3 years longer than us so I guess I have nothing to worry about. LOL! Love those maple leaves on the boys face.
