Me & a couple of my friends are planning a trip to Cabo San Lucas in early November, the only problem is they both dont have passports, & my dad got my passport for me a few years ago so i have no idea how the process goes. How exactly do they go about getting a passport, where do they go? how much does it cost? how long does it take?

My passport only took like 8 weeks to get it. You have to go to the court house to get it. Where I live, you have to go to a local Walgreens/CVS and get photo made for the passport and then bring them with you to the courthouse. There you will have to fill out an application and pay. The application has a lot of detailed questions so you should bring any personal papers with you to help you fill them out… If this confused you (haha) just go to the court house and tell them you need to purchase a passport and need to know what you need to do in order to get one Hope I helped a little!

I picked up my new passport yesterday from the consulate – nice to see the Made in Israel stamp on it! (I deleted some of the details like passport number, etc. in case any foreign intelligence agencies were to try to copy it!)
